How we do it

how the process works and any questions you may have, answered!

Enquiry Stage

Fill out our enquiry form (the more detail the better). From there, you will receive an email to schedule your consult as well as a document with a bunch of details and our tips and tricks on tackling a wedding.

If you’re booking in for day-of signage, we require a $200 deposit to secure your wedding date. You’re more than welcome to book well in advance, but we typically hold our consults between 4-6 months before your wedding date.

1:1 consult

During your consult we will chat alllll things wedding. And we mean it when we say we want to know everything. Colour palette, theme, if you have any Pinterest inspo that is great – we will confirm what you are after, go through some swatches of different colours and papers and answer any questions you might have.

quoting phase

After your 1:1 consult we will send you though a customised proposal with your deliverables and pricing. There will also be a bit of information about day of setup and what happens next. At this stage if you do have any questions or want to add any other things on, please just let us know!

design time (the best part)

This starts with a moodboard, we take your ideas and mix them with ours to create a solid direction for the overall vibe. Once the look is all locked in, we will get working! You will receive a PDF proof of all your stationery, from there we make any tweaks and edits that are necessary and call it a day.

Side Note: It is really important for us that you have all of the information to us on time so that we can make sure that you receive all the goodies in time for your wedding! There is more on this within the guide we send you.

off to print!

Once you have approved all the artwork and paid the final invoice we will send everything off to print Then everything is yours! We will let you know when your collateral is ready for collection, or is on its way to you. For invites the turnaround is approx 1-2 weeks. When it comes to day of signage we like to have it all printed and ready to go a week before the wedding however, if you need it earlier just let us know.

frequently asked questions

do you offer template designs?

We create everything custom so it matches your wedding and vibe perfectly!

Can I order a Sample?

We try to avoid this as it can become quite costly for you! However we make sure you are 100% happy with the papers and colours in the consult and send you proofs of the artwork so you don’t usually need it. However if this is something you do want just let us know.

HOW LONG DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?

After you accept the quote and pay the deposit and send us your final information, allow 1 – 2 weeks for invitations and 2 – 3 weeks for day of signage.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

We recommend halving the number of guests you have and add 10-15 just to be safe!

what if i want to add more things once you have started?

Totally fine! As long as it fits within the turnaround times for the wedding we are happy to do extras, just let us know!

i’m a bit overwhelmed and just need some overall help - any suggestions?

Book a consult! We wouldn’t want to say anything too crazy but we are somewhat wedding experts. We can go over any things that you might need help with and make an action plan from there!

What type of card do you use for printing?

2 options here – we usually (and prefer to) print on coloured card however, if your budget does not allow this or you are after a very specific colour, we can print colour onto card.
